【940L Series】 - Conventional cushion casters had a wheel diameter of 100 to 125 mm, but the latest cushion casters have become even more compact at 75 mm. This allows for more delicate movements compared to traditional cushion casters. Additionally, cushion casters can be selected and manufactured in various mounting types, making them suitable for a wide range of situations without being limited to specific locations. - By incorporating built-in springs at the rear of the caster, vibrations and shocks transmitted from the floor can be reduced. To ensure sufficient cushioning effect, we offer three types of springs (8, 14, and 20 daN) tailored to your desired load capacity. Some types also utilize radial ball bearings in the wheel section, which not only provide cushioning effects but also help reduce noise. - In addition to the elasticity benefits of rubber, we use high-performance elastomer materials that compensate for rubber's disadvantages, such as weather resistance, oil resistance, and heat resistance. The combined effect of the built-in springs further enhances the elastic force, ensuring that the floor is not damaged and no dirt is left behind.

Additionally, the radial ball bearings located in the swivel section and wheel axle further enhance the effect of the spring. Particularly in terms of vibration, it boasts an absorption capacity that is ten times higher than that of standard casters. - The main metal components are made from extremely thick materials, and the wheels use Imono wheels, which excel in load-bearing capacity, heat resistance, and cold resistance due to their characteristics. This product wraps the Imono wheels with rubber or thermosetting polyurethane, allowing for selection based on usage conditions and applications. - By adopting radial ball bearings in the swivel section and wheel axle, it provides a function that supports forces acting vertically on the wheel axle. This reduces the load from weight, maintains durability for long-term use, and enables stable and smooth movement.
